All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) post receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

All orders are shipped via J&T express with a tracking ID.

2. Malaysia Delivery: 5 – 14 working days by J&T express MY

Due to strict border controls and restrictions on international travel, international air freight capacity and frequency has been severely limited, leading to substantial delays for all international inbound and outbound shipments. Your kind understanding is greatly appreciated in this as we continue to work day-and-night with our logistic partners to ensure that your shipments reach you as fast as possible.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to Malaysia for free.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches its destination country. BesaPure Private Limited is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please email us at superfoods@besapure.com with your full name and order number. Our team will look into this for you immediately. 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do not ship to P.O Boxes currently.

Returns, refunds and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery. If the product is unused and in its original condition, we will refund your full order amount minus return shipping costs.

If your order arrives with any sort of defects, please email us at superfoods@besapure.com with your order number and a clear picture of the product’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
